Production Assistant/Kitchen Hand – Ice Cream Factory

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Production Assistant to join our fast-paced ice cream and cake manufacturing team. You’ll help produce, package, and prepare high-quality frozen desserts while maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys teamwork, physical work, and a busy production environment.

Monday to Friday role 7am start

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the production and packaging of ice cream products
- Operate and monitor factory equipment and production lines
- Prepare ingredients and materials for daily production runs
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the facility
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Support warehouse and dispatch activities as required





What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, factory work or restaurants preferred
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Strong attention to detail and positive communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg
