Hays is currently partnering with a range of well-established manufacturing and industrial businesses across Canberra and surrounding regions. Due to continued growth and upcoming project demands, we are seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing and Production Workers for multiple opportunities across various production environments.

Your new role

Working within busy manufacturing and production facilities, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that may include machine operation, assembly work, production line duties, material handling, general labouring, quality checks and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

We are looking for candidates who have a strong attention to detail, are safety-focused and capable of working effectively within a team-based environment.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, factory or industrial environment
- Current White Card (essential)




- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Ability to provide a work reference from within the last 6 months
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Computer literacy skills and strong attention to detail

Highly desirable:
- Forklift Licence (LF)
- Asbestos Awareness
- Silica Awareness
- Additional industry tickets or licences
