$34.00 per hour | Early Friday Finish | Full-Time Opportunity

Findmea Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Production / Forklift Operator to join a well-established, family-owned manufacturing business based in Carbrook, Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing setting, has experience operating production machinery and holds a current forklift licence. Working within a production facility, your primary responsibility will be operating and monitoring production machinery, with forklift operation and material handling also forming part of the role.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery

Feeding materials into production equipment

Operating a forklift to move materials and finished products





Performing quality checks and identifying production issues

Completing manual handling and general production duties

Following workplace health and safety procedures

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

Meeting production targets and quality standards

Working collaboratively with the wider production team

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

A current LF forklift licence and practical operating experience

Previous machine operating experience, ideally within manufacturing or production A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions A reliable, punctual and positive attitude The physical fitness required for manual handling and hands-on duties The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in manufacturing, building products, steel, plastics, concrete or other industrial production environments will be highly regarded.
