About the role:

We are seeking a reliable and organised Maintenance & Production Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Maintenance Department and Production Office. Working closely with production, purchasing, scheduling, contractors and suppliers, you will help ensure maintenance activities and production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support to Maintenance and Production.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, contractor bookings and supplier follow-ups.
- Process maintenance jobs through the SkyTrust system and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure contractor inductions, insurances and compliance documentation are up to date.
- Prepare production paperwork and assist with order processing.
- Monitor production schedules and follow up on overdue orders.
- Assist with purchasing, stock preparation and other departments as required

Essential Requirements:

- Previous administration experience, ideally in manufacturing or maintenance.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.




- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a high level of confidentiality.
