We employ over 420 staff across our growing national operations. Our main manufacturing and operations base is at Yatala in Queensland (between the Gold Coast and Brisbane), only a 10-minute drive north of Dreamworld on the M1 Motorway.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Team Members to support the manufacture of Triple M products. We currently have openings in two areas: Electroplating and Welding. Success in either role relies heavily on strict observance of company policies and procedures, particularly with regard to Quality, Efficiency, Safety and Service, plus a keen ability to follow all directions provided by company Leaders.

ROLE 1: ELECTROPLATING / LINE OPERATORS

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in electroplating, manufacturing and production environments. Responsibilities include:

- Operating and maintaining electroplating and zinc plating equipment
- Loading and unloading flight bars in accordance with production schedules
- Monitoring plating processes to ensure quality standards are achieved
- Conducting routine inspections, identifying parts and verifying measurements in line with work procedures
- Following detailed work instructions and established manufacturing processes




- Reviewing production schedules using basic computer systems
- Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the plating line

Previous electroplating experience is highly regarded. ROLE 2: WELDING TEAM

Reporting to the section Supervisor, our Welding Team use MIG welders (steel on steel) and production jigs to produce welded components. This is a high-volume, fast-paced, high-quality role. We are focusing on candidates with relevant industry experience (e.g. automotive or manufacturing), particularly those with skills in:

- Setting up and programming robotic welding equipment according to job specifications
- Loading and unloading workpieces onto welding fixtures / jigs
- Monitoring the robotic welding process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Identifying components via drawings / part numbers and following job lists
- Assisting hand welders with jig settings as required
- Working quickly and eagerly in a team to meet work targets

SHIFTS AVAILABLE (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)

- Day shift: 5:45am – 3:15pm
- Night shift: 3:45pm – 1:15am

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE

- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Availability to work Monday to Friday on one of the shifts above
- Excellent reliability, punctuality and attendance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work positively in a team
- A great attitude to work and a willingness to support fellow team members
- A current resume with two recent work referees
