We are looking for reliable Production Operators / Forklift Operators to join a well-established Australian manufacturer in Geebung, specialising in PVC pipes and plastic extrusion products on a rotating roster.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and being outdoors for much of the day, working across production, extrusion, packing and forklift operations.

Full training is provided, with opportunities to develop your skills and secure permanent employment.

What's on Offer?

- Day shift: $36.00/hr
- Afternoon & night shift: $41.40/hr
- Full-time hours and overtime opportunities.
- Temp-to-permanent chance after 3–6 months.
- Full training and opportunities to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate extrusion machinery and production equipment.
- Monitor production processes and complete quality checks.
- Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes.
- Pack, label and prepare finished products for dispatch.
- Operate forklifts and side-loaders to move materials and finished goods.
- Load,



unload and position products throughout the facility.
- Identify equipment issues and maintain a safe, tidy work area.
- Complete production records and follow all WHS procedures.

What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence – essential.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse or machine operating experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 25kg.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and hardworking.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a hands-on production environment.
- Available to work on a rotating roster
