About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us today! You would be engaged as a casual employee with a guaranteed hourly rate under the miscellaneous award plus the potential to earn commission on top! We work in and around the Adelaide area, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference whilst supporting well recognised charitable causes. As a Professional Fundraiser, you will be at the forefront of our fundraising efforts, engaging with the public, building relationships, and inspiring support for important causes.

Key responsibilities

- Engage directly with the public to promote brand awareness and communicate the impact of charitable causes

- Collect monthly ongoing donations and process contributions in a professional and organised manner

- Build rapport with supporters and cultivate long-term relationships with donors

- Meet and exceed fundraising targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service

- Represent the organisation's values and mission with authenticity and passion

- Provide feedback on donor interactions and campaign performance

- Maintain accurate records of donations and supporter information

- Work flexibly across different shift times and locations as required





What we're looking for

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- A genuine passion for fundraising and supporting charitable causes

- Strong relationship-building abilities

- Reliability and professionalism in representing the organisation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work casual hours, predominantly between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday with optional weekend work.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods

- Previous fundraising, sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn
