Australian Environmental Landscapes (AEL) is expanding and seeking motivated Commercial Landscape Maintenance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will further develop your skills and knowledge by working across urban developments, civil construction sites, and government projects , completing a wide variety of landscaping works.

This position is ideal for someone just out of school , looking to break into the construction industry, or for someone wanting to develop their career further . We offer fantastic opportunities for ongoing employment and career progression for those who demonstrate initiative and a solid can-do attitude.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Must hold a valid driver’s licence , White Card , and have access to a personal vehicle
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn




- Experience in basic landscaping Maintenance works is advantageous but not essential — full training and support will be provided
- Ability to perform manual labour and work in a physically demanding role
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a proactive approach
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Willingness to learn and adhere to Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Landscape construction and building better environmental spaces
- Bobcat and truck operation
- Fencing and timber structures
- Plant identification, maintenance, and weed spraying
- Drainage installation and retaining wall construction
