We operate from a modern 601m² standalone allied health centre in Underwood, purpose-built to support both clients and clinicians. The clinic features private treatment rooms , a spacious and fully equipped rehab/gym area (available for staff use), a welcoming reception and front desk space , and ample on-site parking . The natural light , positive energy , and collaboration between skilled professionals create an environment where patients thrive—and team members love to work.

first impressions matter! That’s why we’re on the lookout for experienced Reception/Admin staff to keep our front-of-house running smoothly. You’ll be the first friendly face people meet, the calm in the chaos, and the heartbeat of our client experience.

NOTE:

- NOOKAL and multi-disciplinary allied health experience will be highly regarded.
- You must be able to work Monday to Friday, flexibility from 7am to 7pm.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Answering calls and managing patient enquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Booking appointments and managing diaries for our multidisciplinary team
- Processing payments and claims via HICAPS, Medicare, NDIS, and DVA
- Supporting clinicians with admin tasks and daily operations
