For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking a part-time Clinical Assessment and Documentation Nurse for our Romsey residence to oversee ANACC operations and mentor the care team in documentation requirements.

The role involves assessments, uplifts, DoH correspondence, staff coaching on writing principles, orientation for ANACC assessors, and report generation. Four days per fortnight with adaptable start times.
