You’ll train in Crown Sydney’s world‑class kitchens and rotate through venues such as Epicurean and Nobu, building hands‑on skills.
Programme runs for 3 years with a full‑time rotating roster, including late evenings and early mornings. No prior experience required, just passion and a willingness to learn.
