Groundsperson & Garden Labourer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Groundsperson & Garden Labourer to join our grounds maintenance team on a casual basis.

Working across a prestigious North Sydney campus, you will play an important role in maintaining the presentation and condition of gardens, turf and outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and can contribute positively within a team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Perform general garden and landscape maintenance
- Mow, edge and maintain turf areas to a high standard
- Weed, prune and mulch garden beds
- Assist with planting and seasonal horticultural activities
- Undertake litter collection and general site clean-up
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
- Support the presentation and upkeep of outdoor learning and recreational spaces
- Follow all safety procedures and site requirements

What We're Looking For





- Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality work
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar industry preferred
- Current Driver's Licence preferred
- Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
