Our growing allied health and wellness practice is seeking a professional, motivated and customer-focused Allied Health Receptionist to join our team.

This part-time position offers approximately 15 hours per week initially , with opportunities for additional hours as the practice continues to grow and for the right candidate who demonstrates capability, reliability and commitment.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary healthcare practice.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, reliable, highly organised, productive, and committed to helping the practice operate efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Support the clinic's day-to-day operations with administrative duties

Coordinate appointments and manage client communications

Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Respond to phone, email and general enquiries

Process payments and maintain accurate client records

Assist with stock management and clinic organisation

Support additional practice projects and business initiatives as required

Help maintain a qualified, efficient and well-presented clinic workplace

We're seeking someone who:





Has reception or administration experience

Learns quickly and is confident using software and digital systems

Is reliable, organised and pays close attention to detail

Communicates professionally with clients, practitioners and external providers

Shows initiative and enjoys finding solutions to problems

Is open to learning, feedback and ongoing professional development

Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a positive workplace culture

Takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and helping the practice run smoothly

Previous experience within an allied health, medical or multidisciplinary healthcare practice will be highly regarded.
