ISS is recruiting a Customer Service Officer at Melbourne Airport to join our team on a casual basis. You will greet passengers, assist with queries, and guide travellers through the airport with a robust focus on service and safety.

The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle, and the ability to obtain an ASIC clearance. Shifts include 24/7 availability with onsite parking and provided uniform.
