/n We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in telecommunications and IT infrastructure program delivery./n

/n

/n This is a contract opportunity with an ASAP start through to October 2027, with potential for extension. The role is based in Sydney CBD./n /n

/n The Job…./n

/n Reporting into the Director, Program Delivery, you will be mainly responsible for the following duties:/n

/n /n

- Own the Program strategy, roadmap and delivery plan.

/n

- Lead end-to-end delivery across scope, budget, schedule, risk and benefits.

/n

- Prioritise asset replacement based on criticality, condition, cyber security, obsolescence and operational risk.

/n

- Lead multiple workstreams across technology, network, sites, operations and customer transition.

/n

- Drive strong governance, risk management, reporting and commercial controls.

/n

- Manage relationships with government agencies, Emergency Service Organisations, vendors and delivery partners.

/n

- Ensure cutovers, migrations and decommissioning are safely planned and operationally ready.

/n





- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior executives and government stakeholders.

/n

- Build a high-performing, accountable delivery culture focused on measurable outcomes.

You…./n

/n To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:/n

/n /n

- 10+ years’ senior Program Management experience delivering complex, large-scale programs.

/n

- Proven delivery of $100M+ infrastructure programs, ideally across telecommunications or technology.

/n

- Experience leading multi-workstream programs across strategy, planning and delivery.

/n

- Strong expertise in program governance, commercial management, risk and assurance.

/n

- Experience delivering asset replacement, network modernisation or infrastructure renewal in live environments.

/n

- Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, resilience, availability and cyber security.

/n

- Experience working with government, Emergency Service Organisations and major vendors.

/n

- Proven ability to stabilise, recover and deliver complex programs.

/n

- Baseline Security Clearance will be required – Australian citizenship is mandatory, with clearance costs covered by the agency. /n /n
