About the role

As Programmatic Group Sales Manager, you'll set the direction for our programmatic sales team, maximising revenue and hitting budgets across our programmatic offering

You'll also

- Coach, develop and motivate your team through regular training and in-field coaching
- Build robust relationships with clients, agencies and trading desks
- Prepare revenue projections and drive client retention and new business
- Recruit top talent and keep the team cohesive and high-performing

What You’ll Need

- 2–3 years’ sales or sales management experience, ideally in programmatic, OR 5+ years as an Account Manager
- A customer-focused background, with SCA sales experience a plus
- Local and interstate market knowledge
- A commercially sharp leader who makes clear decisions and inspires others
