About the role

As a Program Support Officer in Integrated Care, you will be responsible for providing program support and calendar coordination to the Integrated Care program area. You will also:

- Provide high-level administrative, governance, reporting and coordination support to the Integrated Care team.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of face-to-face and virtual events, education sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate event logistics including registrations, invitations, venues, virtual platforms and post-event follow-up.
- Support contract administration by maintaining records, tracking deliverables, completing due diligence activities and processing invoices.
- Coordinate GP continuing professional development (CPD) submissions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support key initiatives.

Skills And Experiences

About you

We’re looking for an experienced Program Support Officer who enjoys working with people, stakeholders and teams to deliver meaningful outcomes across integrated care programs and initiatives.

You will bring

- Experience providing high-quality administrative and program support.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exemplary phone and customer service skills, including experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.




- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (as required).

The following will be highly regarded:
- Knowledge of the primary healthcare industry.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

- Salary: $67,003.17 base, plus 12% super, 17.5% leave loading, salary packaging.
