The Roles

Depending on your experience, interests and the practice, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across various project stages, from concept design and design development through to documentation, coordination and construction delivery.

Multi-Residential Architecture

- Medium to large-scale multi-residential developments.
- Apartment buildings, mixed-use developments and residential precincts.
- Design development, technical documentation and project delivery.
- Coordination with consultants, developers and project stakeholders.

Healthcare Architecture

- Hospitals, healthcare facilities and specialist medical environments.
- Complex projects requiring considered planning, functionality and design.
- Design development, technical coordination and documentation.
- Collaboration with consultants,



clients and specialist stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Include

- Contribute to architectural projects from concept design through to construction.
- Develop creative, practical and technically resolved design solutions.
- Lead or support design development and technical documentation.
- Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Work closely with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensure designs meet relevant building codes, regulations and project requirements.
- Resolve technical challenges while maintaining architectural design intent.
- Support project delivery, quality assurance and construction coordination.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior Architects and Graduates.

About You

We're interested in speaking with experienced Architects who have a strong background in either multi-residential or healthcare projects.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- A Master of Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- Approximately 7–10+ years of experience within an architectural practice.
- Demonstrated project experience in multi-residential and/or healthcare architecture.
- Strong architectural design, detailing and technical documentation skills.
- Experience contributing to projects across multiple delivery stages.
- Sound knowledge of Australian building codes, regulations and construction methodologies.
- Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.




- The ability to balance design quality with technical and commercial project requirements.

Australian architectural registration will be highly regarded, depending on the position.
