Redpath Partners is looking for an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of two high-security office fit-out projects, one in Melbourne and one in Sydney. /n These projects sit within the high-security office sector and require an experienced delivery leader with the capability to manage complex commercial fitouts in security-sensitive environments. Working closely with Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors, consultants and key stakeholders, you will provide strategic direction and oversee the successful delivery of each project from construction through to completion. /n This is an excellent opportunity for a senior construction professional with robust project leadership, commercial acumen and experience delivering complex office fit-outs, ideally within high-security or similarly regulated environments. /n Both projects are scheduled to run through to the end of 2027.

Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Provide overall leadership and accountability for the delivery of high-security office fit-out projects in Melbourne and Sydney.

/n

- Manage project scope, programme, budget, quality, risk and safety to achieve agreed project outcomes.

/n

- Lead and coordinate Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors.

/n

- Oversee construction delivery, procurement, project controls and reporting.

/n

- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations.

/n

- Ensure compliance with security protocols, regulatory requirements, building standards and project specifications.

/n

- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, proactively resolving issues affecting programme, cost or quality.

/n

- Drive collaboration across project teams, contractors and stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum.

/n

- Monitor contractor performance, contractual obligations,



variations and commercial outcomes.

/n

- Lead project governance, progress reporting and escalation of critical issues.

/n

- Oversee commissioning, completion, defect management and final handover.

/n /n About You

/n To be successful in this role, you will have: /n /n

- Demonstrated experience as a Project Director or equivalent senior delivery leader within the construction and fit-out sector.

/n

- A proven track record delivering complex commercial office fitouts.

/n

- Experience managing Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors across significant construction projects.

/n

- Exposure to high-security office environments, government facilities or other security-sensitive projects will be highly regarded.

/n

- Strong commercial, contractual, programme management and project controls capabilities.

/n

- The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities in complex project environments.

/n

- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong commitment to safety, quality and delivery excellence.

- First-Level Security Clearance.

- Availability to commit to a project programme extending through to December 2027.
