About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant business improvement and transformation program within a large, complex and highly regulated organisation.

You'll be responsible for coordinating multiple workstreams, managing governance and project controls, and driving delivery across a broad stakeholder group. The program includes organisational change, process improvement and enterprise systems implementation, requiring strong leadership, planning and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and critical path activities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and improvement initiatives
- Manage project budgets, forecasting and reporting
- Establish and facilitate governance forums, including steering committees and working groups
- Prepare executive reports, status updates and decision papers
- Engage with senior leaders, sponsors, subject matter experts and operational stakeholders
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalation pathways
- Coordinate implementation, business readiness and transition activities
- Manage suppliers, procurement activities and contract deliverables where required
- Track outcomes, benefits realisation and lessons learned throughout delivery

Essential Skills & Experience

- Active Baseline Security Clearance
- Australian Citizenship




- Minimum 7 years' experience delivering complex transformation, operational improvement or enterprise-wide projects
- Demonstrated experience implementing a major enterprise platform or business system
- Proven experience delivering multi-stream projects within large and complex organisations
- Robust project planning, scheduling, budgeting and project controls capability
- Experience establishing governance frameworks and managing risks, issues and dependencies
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior executives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

Desirable Experience

- Experience delivering safety, risk, compliance or operational improvement programs
- Experience working in highly regulated or operationally complex environments
- Mining, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing or similar industry experience
- Experience delivering enterprise technology, digital transformation or systems implementation projects
- Organisational change, business readiness or workforce engagement experience
- Exposure to benefits management, program governance or portfolio delivery frameworks
