/n About the Role:/n

/n As Project Manager – Capital Works, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, with a strong focus on streetscape upgrades, public domain improvements, urban revitalisation projects, road widening works, and stormwater infrastructure projects./n

/n

/n The portfolio also includes buildings, town centre upgrades, parks, roads, and other community assets./n

/n

/n You will manage the full project lifecycle, including design management, procurement, contract administration, and construction delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Council frameworks./n

/n

Key Requirements:/n

/n /n

- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or related field

/n

- Proven experience delivering streetscape, public domain, road widening, stormwater, and broader infrastructure projects through design and construction phases

/n





- End-to-end project delivery experience, including construction management

/n

- Robust procurement and contract administration experience

/n

- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects

/n

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

/n

- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements

/n

- Current Class C Driver’s Licence and White Card
