/nWe are seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee planning, delivery and commercial performance across a wide-ranging portfolio of marine construction works. Based from the Fremantle head office, you will work closely with clients, engineers, supervisors and field crews to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality project outcomes./n
/n The role/n /n
- Manage multiple marine construction projects valued $1m-$10m from planning through to completion
/n
- Oversee programme, budget, procurement, subcontractors, client communication and project reporting
/n
- Lead project engineers, supervisors and site teams to achieve safe and efficient delivery
/n
- Manage risks, variations, claims, approvals and key project documentation
/n
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
/n
- Support a practical, accountable and delivery-focused team culture
/n About you/n /n
- Project management experience in marine, civil, piling, structural construction environments
/n
- Strong commercial, contractual and programme management capability
/n
- Confident leadership style with the ability to support both office and site teams
/n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
/n
- Marine construction experience will be highly regarded
/n
- Existing Australian work rights

- Circa $200-210K Base + Super & Vehicle
/n
- Fremantle head office role with exposure to varied marine construction projects across Perth/WA
/n
