Located in Bull Creek, just 20 minutes south of Perth CBD, Mint Concepts Hair & Fashion Boutique has proudly built a reputation for beautiful hair, exceptional service and lasting client relationships.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser / Salon Manager who loves working on the salon floor, enjoys connecting with clients and has the leadership skills to help a team thrive.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role combining client work with the day-to-day management of the salon. You'll continue doing what you love behind the chair while taking responsibility for the team and smooth running of the business.

- Providing precision cutting, colouring and colour transformations and styling services while maintaining a strong client focus.
- Managing and supporting the team, leading by example and creating a positive workplace.




- Preparing staff rosters and coordinating salon coverage.
- Managing stock levels, ordering products and monitoring supplies.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations and smooth running of the salon.
- Maintaining high standards of client service, presentation and professionalism.
- Helping motivate the team and ensuring an enjoyable client experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has strong technical hairdressing skills and a minimum of 12-month industry experience in a similar role.
- Is confident leading, supporting and motivating a team.
- Has good organisational skills and can manage rosters and stock.
- Is qualified, approachable and well-presented.
- Enjoys building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Is reliable, proactive and takes pride in their work.
- Can balance hands-on hairdressing with management responsibilities.

Previous salon management or leadership experience is highly regarded.
