We are seeking a proactive and dependable Housekeeping & Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic and growing cleaning team. In this vital role, you will provide cleaning support across various sites within the Salisbury & surrounding areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in high level cleaning services to contribute to a peacefully clean and welcoming environment.

As a Housekeeping & Cleaning Operative team member, you will be needed to deliver cleaning services promptly and efficiently, supporting the overall operational excellence of our organisation, and adhering to our client's high standards and expectations.

You may find that you are scheduled with the same clients' or have a real mix up with new clients - No two weeks are quite the same.

We are extremely aware of childcare duties, and needing to be nearby for this so our allocations of cleans within your schedule are very key in our operating schedule.

Responsibilities





- - Perform thorough cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, and sanitisation of designated areas.
- - Maintain high standards of hygiene in all assigned spaces within a home such as kitchen, bathrooms & extra used rooms within a home or business space.
- - Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- - Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively, adhering to proper handling and storage procedures.
- - Complete detailed logs of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning rounds.
- - Collaborate with other cleaning staff ensuring the job description allocated to that client is up to date and correct.
- - Have complete confidence in entering a client's space and giving it a Blissfully clean touch.
