Family Visit Support Worker

This role is paid under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Award 2010- Level 3:1 $40.49/hour + Casual Loading

The Family Visit Support Worker works in partnership with the Case Manager to support parents and children to maintain and grow meaningful relationships in a safe supervised care environment and to facilitate the family visit goals of children and young people.

The role is involved in the planning, supervision and providing feedback, to ensure successful family time for children and young people, family members and carers.

The Family Visit Support Worker is responsible for all aspects of supporting children and young people, family members and carers during family visits and providing transportation to family visits.

The successful applicant will possess or willingness to obtain the following: Current Drivers License, NSW Working with Children Check, Current NDIS Check, Criminal History Check, and undertake a pre-employment functional medical
