City Fertility is seeking Patient Concierge staff for our Westfield Parramatta Health Hub on a part time or casual basis. You will warmly welcome patients, answer inquiries, and guide them to the right service with discretion and care.

This busy, frontline role involves bookings, payments, stock support, and maintaining a welcoming reception while ensuring patient privacy and a calm, compassionate atmosphere throughout shifts that include evenings and weekends.
