Weploy in Australia is seeking customer-focused call centre agents to support PHI members with insurance service needs in a dynamic, supportive environment.

You will handle inbound inquiries, rate reviews, card reorders, payments, rebates and policy premiums, with training and a explicit path to extension or permanent placement.

The role is remote (Melbourne-based), 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, with a structured two-week training journey to set you up for success.
