HammondCare is seeking a Home Care Worker in Melbourne's North-West to join our in-home care services. This casual role offers potential progression to permanent part time and involves visiting clients in Moonee Ponds, Fawkner, Sunshine, Preston and surrounding suburbs.
Successful applicants will travel to client homes within approximately one hour and must be available on Thursdays and Fridays to support older people to live independently with dignity and quality of life.
