The Valuable Guys is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Victoria, Australia. You will interact with customers, process orders, and use our ERP system to ensure accurate entry.

You will develop expert knowledge of partitioning systems, sliding doors and accessories to advise customers effectively. You will resolve customer issues, track orders and build long-term relationships with architects, builders and subcontractors.
