Experienced Delivery Driver – Gemelli Group

Location: Southport, Gold Coast, QLD

Employment: Full-time hours (approximately 38 hours per week) on a casual basis with the opporunity to be on Salaried employment in the future.

Roster: 5-day roster

About the Role

Gemelli Group is looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team based in Southport.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can manage their daily responsibilities independently and understands the importance of reliability, organisation and efficiency.

You will play an important role in ensuring products are delivered safely, accurately and on time to our venues across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

The position will initially offer hours with the opportunity to progress to approximately 38 hours per week on a five-day roster.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver products between our production facility and restaurant locations.
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Ensure orders are checked for accuracy before dispatch and upon delivery.
- Maintain an organised and efficient daily delivery schedule.
- Handle products carefully, following food safety and handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the delivery vehicle.




- Communicate proactively with the production team and venue staff.
- Take ownership of daily tasks and assist with general operational duties where required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organised and comfortable working independently.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a delivery driver or similar transport role.
- A current Australian driver's licence and a safe driving record.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and take responsibility for completing daily tasks.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
- Physical fitness and the ability to safely load and unload goods.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a high level of attention to detail.

Previous experience delivering food or hospitality products would be highly regarded.
