About the Role

As an independent contractor,



you’ll build your own client base and create tailored property investment strategies, backed by our brand, products and support teams. You run your own business, set your own schedule and earn based on results.

What You’ll Do

Generate and manage your own leads and client relationships

Run discovery sessions to understand clients’ financial goals and borrowing capacity

Build and present strategies across off-the-plan, house and land, co-living and more

Guide clients through to settlement with our in-house teams

Keep client records up to date in our CRM

Skills and Experience

Sales experience in real estate, finance or a consultative client-facing role

Assistant Agent Certificate An existing network or proven ability to generate your own leads

Confidence discussing financial concepts with clients

Strong communication skills and genuine interest in property investment

Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline

Active ABN (or willingness to obtain one)

Engagement: Independent contractor (ABN)

Hours: Flexible

Compensation: Commission only, uncapped (OTE $200K to $300K)
