About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Projects Supervisor to oversee the delivery of pipework and vessel insulation, cladding, and light sheet metal works across commercial and industrial sites. This role suits someone with a strong insulation and sheet metal cladding background who can coordinate a small team, assist in sheet metal fabrication, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll be the link between head office, workshop, and site—ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate site crew across projects · Conduct site measures and QA checks

· Organise materials, labour, and site requirements

· Assist in sheet metal fabrication

· Liaise with clients and site crew

· Ensure works are completed to specification and schedule

· Monitor productivity and job performance

· Maintain safety compliance and documentation





· Plan upcoming works and resource allocation

What We’re Looking For

· Background in insulation and sheet metal cladding 5+ years’ industry experience · Experience supervising / leading site teams

· Robust understanding of industrial and commercial insulation systems

· Experience in sheet metal fabrication

· Ability to read drawings and measure onsite jobs accurately

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
