We are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to support our projects from start to finish and keep our operations running smoothly

Position overview: We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Project Administrator to support our project team and help deliver outstanding results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coordinating people and processes, and love keeping projects running smoothly, this role is for you.

You'll need:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in administration or project support (preferred but not essential)

Key responsibilities:

- Supporting day-to-day project activities and timelines

- Preparing documentation, reports, safety documentation and hand over documentation

- Assisting with scheduling, resource allocation, and project coordination

- Communicating with internal and external teams, clients,



and stakeholders.

- Maintaining accurate records, registers, and project systems

- Invoicing and processing of progress claims

- Maintain accurate project records and documentation, including project budgets, and expenses

- Processing purchase orders, and managing material deliveries.

- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
