? BRISBANE PROPERTY MANAGERS – LOVE THE INDUSTRY, BUT READY FOR A CHANGE?

We’re growing at PM Collaborative, and we’re looking for an experienced Property Inspector to join our Brisbane inspection team!

We know property management can be demanding. Between managing portfolios, maintenance, arrears, tenant enquiries and everything in between, it’s a role that rarely slows down.

But what if you could stay in the industry, do the parts you enjoy and leave the portfolio management behind?

That’s where we come in!

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being out on the road, takes pride in producing detailed, skilled reports and can confidently complete:

? Routine Inspections

? Entry Condition Reports

? Exit Condition Reports

Experience completing ALL THREE inspection types is essential. We’re seeking someone who can hit the ground running and work independently.

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Previous residential property management experience

✔️ Strong written communication and attention to detail

✔️ Confidence completing thorough, accurate inspection reports

✔️ Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or relevant real estate licence – essential.

✔️ Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Reapit and/or Ailo (experience across multiple systems is desirable, not essential)

✔️ Current driver’s licence,

reliable vehicle and Phone

✔️ Flexibility across Monday to Friday A little about the chance:

? $35 - $40 per hour casual + superannuation

? Applicable travel payments and vehicle allowances in accordance with the Real Estate Industry Award 2020

? Various locations across Brisbane

? Casual hours that vary depending on agency bookings

Please note: Flexibility across all five weekdays is essential, although five days of work per week are not guaranteed.

✨ No portfolio management. No arrears. No maintenance coordination. Just inspections!

We’re a growing business working alongside Brisbane real estate agencies, and we’d love to welcome someone who shares our commitment to quality, professionalism and supporting property managers.

If this sounds like you, or you know someone who might be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you!

? Send me a direct message or reach out to PM Collaborative to have a confidential chat.

? All enquiries will be treated confidentially. We understand that many experienced Property Managers are currently employed and may simply be exploring their options.

Sometimes a change of pace doesn’t have to mean a change of industry.
