Full-Time & Part time Opportunities | Greater Sydney

Onyx Property Recruitment is currently seeking motivated and professional Property Leasing Agents and Leasing Assistants for current and upcoming opportunities with real estate agencies across Greater Sydney.

We welcome applications from experienced Leasing Agents, Leasing Assistants and candidates looking to further develop their careers in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct residential property inspections and open homes.
- Assist with property leasing enquiries and appointments.
- Process rental applications and assist with tenant selection.
- Coordinate property viewings and leasing appointments.
- Liaise with prospective tenants, landlords and property management teams.
- Assist with advertising and marketing rental properties.
- Provide administrative and operational support to property management teams.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and deliver excellent customer service.

Essential Requirements
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) or valid NSW Real Estate Agent Licence – Mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.




- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Previous real estate, leasing or administration experience is highly regarded but not essential.
