AUD $60,000 base salary + commission and performance bonuses

APN Real Estate is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Adelaide team.

You’ll be managing a residential property portfolio and tending to relationships with landlords and tenants that we've had on our books for over 15 years. Our dedicated administration support team handles tasks the back end of operations so that you can focus on what do you do best. Managing properties, building genuine relationships, and growing your portfolio.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll also help grow the business by bringing in current managements through referrals, existing relationships as well as your own prospecting.

What you’ll do:

- Manage properties and guide landlords and tenants through the property management process.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow your portfolio and bring on new business.
- Work closely with the team while taking ownership of your day-to-day responsibilities.
- Follow South Australian legislation, compliance requirements and property management processes.





What you’ll bring:

- Experience working as a Property Manager.
- Current South Australian Property Manager Registration.
- A current driver’s licence and a fully insured vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with a diverse range of clients.
- A self-motivated, organised approach and a genuine interest in real estate.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, PropertyMe, Forms Live and 1Form is an advantage.
