About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Property Manager who is committed to delivering outstanding service and efficiently managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of rental properties, fostering positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Handle property compliance and attend QCAT hearings as necessary, including case preparation.
- Respond to maintenance issues, tenant inquiries, and rental provider requests promptly and professionally.




- Use tools such as PropertyMe, Inspection Express, and Ignite to streamline daily operations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day property management.

About you

- Minimum 1 year of property management or maintenance experience.
- Proven experience in property management or as a maintenance manager.
- Proficiency in PropertyMe, Inspection Express, and Ignite.
- Robust understanding of residential tenancy legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate.
- A proactive, service-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
