Experienced Property Manager | No After Hours | Company Car

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of up to 120 properties

- End-to-end property management with a focus on quality service

- Build solid relationships with landlords and tenants

- Coordinate maintenance and contractor work

- Conduct home opens and manage leasing process

- Prepare lease documentation and renewals

- Complete inspections (ingoing, routine, outgoing)

- Maintain accurate records and compliance

About You

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management

- Current WA Property Management Registration

- Current driver’s licence

- Strong organisation and time management skills

- High attention to detail and communication





- Experience with PropertyMe, IRE, Agentbox & Inspection Express (preferred)
