The Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established team in Narangba. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering high quality service to owners and tenants.

With a dedicated Leasing Officer and Inspections Officer in place, your focus will be on portfolio oversight, and relationship management rather than open homes, application processing or routine inspections.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential properties in Narangba and surrounding areas





- Handle owner and tenant communication

- Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and company procedures

- Liaise with contractors and maintain solid client relationships

About You

- Experience in property management

- Sound knowledge of tenancy legislation

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Current Real Estate Licence
