Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial & Industrial Asset Manager to join their team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio. Your recent role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of a commercial and industrial property portfolio. This is a hands-on role requiring regular site visits, stakeholder engagement and a proactive approach to asset performance and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include

Managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets across Sydney Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, owners and external stakeholders Overseeing leasing activities, tenant matters and contractor performance Monitoring budgets, cash flow, P&Ls; and overall asset performance Coordinating capital works, maintenance projects and construction-related activities Working closely with agents, consultants,
