About the role

You’ll oversee the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, protecting your clients’ investments and ensuring a positive experience for landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants through proactive communication and follow-up.





- Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well maintained.

- Working closely with leasing and administration staff to coordinate inspections, applications and tenancy documentation.

- Overseeing tenancy applications, lease agreements, renewals and management authorities.

- Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

- Resolving enquiries and issues with professionalism, care and a practical approach.

About you

You’re organised, approachable and confident managing a portfolio. You enjoy taking ownership, finding solutions and keeping people informed.

You’ll bring

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

- A sound understanding of residential tenancy legislation.

- Current Agents Representative Certificate and Police Check.
