Property Manager | Capalaba | Support, Recognition & Room to Grow

Full-time, Monday to Friday | $75,000–$100,000 package, depending on experience

We’re looking for a capable Property Manager to join our Capalaba office as our rent roll grows.

A supported role

You’ll manage your portfolio’s owner and tenant relationships, maintenance, arrears, renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters, including ingoing and outgoing inspections.

Dedicated team members handle administration, leasing, routine inspections and ingoing inspections, giving you more time to manage relationships.





You’ll also have direct access to the business owners and experienced guidance when you need it.

Who will enjoy working here?

Someone with around two or more years’ experience managing a portfolio who takes ownership, communicates well and enjoys being part of a team.

We provide a phone, computer and access to a company vehicle for work travel.

This is an office-based position in Capalaba.
