Looking to grow your career in property management? First National Neptune – Bella Vista is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Officer to join our established, technologically advanced team.
Working closely with our Property Managers, you’ll gain hands-on experience across leasing and property management, with modern digital systems, practical training and opportunities for career progression.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include
- Scheduling and conducting open homes and responding to prospective tenant enquiries.
- Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease documentation.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance.
- Scheduling and conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
- Preparing inspection reports and following up required actions.
- Supporting Property Managers with daily administration and other duties as required.
Working arrangements
You must be available to work alternate Saturdays, with a weekday off in lieu for each Saturday worked.
About you
You have a genuine interest in real estate,
take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a team. Previous real estate or property management experience is preferred.
You will also have
- A current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
- Professional presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
- A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise tasks and follow through.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering great customer service.
- A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
