Role Description

We are seeking experienced Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Counsellors and Social Workers to join our growing multidisciplinary Telehealth mental health practice under a contractor and revenue-sharing arrangement.

This opportunity offers the flexibility of independent practice combined with the support of an established clinical and administrative team. Practitioners will receive a competitive percentage of billings generated from client services, allowing them to directly benefit from the growth of their practice while maintaining a focus on delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

In this role, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and formulate diagnoses.
- Develop and implement evidence-based, individualised treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and ongoing clinical care to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Monitor treatment progress and adapt care plans as required.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, GPs, allied health professionals, and other members of the care team.
- Maintain accurate,



timely, and compliant clinical records and documentation.
- Participate in case reviews, peer consultation, and service development initiatives.
- Uphold qualified, ethical, and regulatory standards while delivering person-centred care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in Psychiatry and Psychiatric Care, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Medicine and Mental Health, with the ability to integrate medical and psychological perspectives in care planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Adolescent Psychiatry and broader youth mental health care, including working effectively with families and support networks.
- Relevant professional registration or licensure (e.g., specialist registration in Psychiatry, registration as a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist) with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Experience in individual and group therapy, crisis management, and risk assessment within diverse populations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practice; experience with telehealth services is an advantage.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Psychiatry, Clinical Psychology, or related mental health disciplines are highly regarded.
