Be a part of a global organisation within a modern manufacturing site as a Quality Administrator.

Your new role

As the key coordination point between customers and their Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Services teams, you will help manage customer quality concerns and warranty cases from initial notification through to resolution.

- Coordinate customer complaints, warranty cases and post-delivery product issues.
- Provide clear, professional and timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate case records, correspondence, documentation and action trackers.
- Monitor open cases and proactively follow up outstanding actions through to closure.
- Coordinate technicians, customers and site arrangements for warranty service activities.




- Coordinate replacement parts, dispatches and delivery tracking.
- Work with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, Finance and Field Service.
- Identify customer or operational risks and escalate issues early.
- Support warranty cost tracking, management reporting, RCA and CAPA activities.

What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will have –

- Customer-focused, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and able to manage priorities and deadlines
- Proactive and comfortable driving actions through completion
- Field-service coordination or quality administration experience
- ERP, CRM, SharePoint or similar business systems experience
