Slim’s Quality Burger is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team. We offer fresh, made-to-order burgers, hand-cut chips, and decadent ice cream. Our venues are bright and bold with open kitchens that highlight the freshness of our products and our attention to detail.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in protecting and lifting operational standards across multiple Slim’s venues.

This is a hands-on, multi-site role focused on food safety, brand standards, audit performance and operational compliance. You will spend regular time in stores conducting audits, coaching managers, and ensuring every venue operates safely, consistently and in line with company and legislative standards.

You will work closely with Restaurant Managers and the wider operations team to embed SOPs, close out audit actions, and drive continuous improvement in food quality, cleanliness and service standards.





About You:

If you’re interested, please bring with you:

- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for standards and compliance
- Experience in quality assurance, auditing, food safety or multi-site operations (minimum 3 years in hospitality/retail preferred)
- Solid understanding of food safety standards, HACCP and regulatory requirements
- Ability to coach and influence Restaurant Managers in a constructive way
- Strong organisational and reporting skills
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Willingness to travel regularly between venues and spend time on the floor
- A practical, no-nonsense approach and a desire to protect the brand
- Strong business acumen focussed on KPI performance and profitability
- Exceptional management and mentoring skill

Offer This role comes with a strong remuneration package commensurate with your experience.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
