Due to expansion in our company we require an experienced Quality Control Officer/manager
- The position requires the applicant to oversee all the start up procedures, QCP & CCP tests
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing quality control is required
- Verify and ensure the products are ready for release to all customers
- Keep all registers updated, GMP audits and complete any QA paperwork required
- Food safety certification must be held at the time of application
- Check all inward product and packaging complies to specification
- Verify and Oversee Food safety and Quality procedures and ensure they are being carried out.
- undertake manual reviews and internal and external audits
- applicant will need application and principles of HACCP
- Australian work rights are required for this position
