Tier 1 Irish main contractor | Pre-Construction & Commercial roles | €75,000 - €130,000

Working in Australia or New Zealand and thinking about home, or about a fresh start in Ireland? A fast-growing, fully Irish-owned Tier 1 contractor is hiring across its pre-construction and commercial teams. The roles run from intermediate level to a director-track position. We have a Stellar Recruitment Consultant currently located in Dublin, focusing on the Irish market.

There are multiple roles available - from Intermediate QS up to Pre-Construction Manager.

They have multiple well resourced project teams and are always keen to hear from experienced professionals across Commercial / Residential / Civil & Infrastructure.

- Large projects of €100m , with major Dublin projects giving three years of work on a single job

- Colleagues who have returned from or relocated from Australia are already in the business, and Tier 1 experience from overseas is highly regarded
- Sponsorship is available for successful candidates - the client works with an immigration advisor
- Working with rental bodies to help you find a rental if required

The roles

Senior Pre-Construction Estimator | up to €130,000 | Head office

This role reports to the Pre-Construction Director, with a planned route for succession

. You will have main-contractor estimating experience on major projects, across civils/infrastructure (transport, roads, heavy civils) and building. The balance of these skills is flexible.

Senior Quantity Surveyor | up to approx. €110,000

You will take real commercial responsibility on large projects, ideally with experience managing or mentoring junior staff. Around 7 years is a guide, but the value and scope of the work you have personally handled matter more than your title.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor | €75,000 - €85,000

You will have solid main-contractor or large-project experience and be ready to step up. You will join a well-resourced team with a clear path to Senior QS.

What we're looking for

- A main-contractor background, ideally Tier 1, though solid Tier 2 experience will be considered
- Experience on large, complex projects such as high-rise residential, large scale commercial projects.
- A genuine commitment to relocating to Ireland.
