Food & Beverage Attendant – Albany Creek Retirement Village

Salary: $37.48/hr + superannuation + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances.

- Use the POS system to take orders while providing friendly, attentive, and personalised service to residents.
- Serve meals and drinks throughout service times, ensuring every dining experience is welcoming and enjoyable.
- Assist with light food preparation, including plating meals and preparing simple items such as salads.
- Support the setup and pack-down of events and dining spaces, maintaining clean, organised, and inviting areas throughout the day.
- Build meaningful connections with residents,

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is desirable, but willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment is most important.
- Friendly, people‑focused attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting with residents.
- Enthusiasm for working in retirement living and making a positive impact.
