What You Bring

- Experience & Certifications: 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior directors in international settings.
- Core Technical/Specialized Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and modern scheduling platforms (e.g., Motion, Calendly).




- Background & Domain Expertise: Strong background in business operations, corporate administration, or project coordination.
- Technical Translation / Delivery: Exceptional written and verbal English communication with acute attention to detail.
- Working Style: Highly discreet, emotionally intelligent operator who anticipates executive needs and maintains strict confidentiality.
